The Christian's Main Priority

"O Lord, in the morning You hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for You and watch." -Psalm 5:3 ESV

What a great time to call on our Heavenly Father -- "in the morning." David's first words in verse one are "Give ear to my word's, O Lord, consider my meditation."

If you are truly serious about your relationship with our Heavenly Father, then it is truly a serious thing to start the day with Him. David was truly serious about his daily walk with God.

The excuse is often made that "we are busy," but that is actually the lamest excuse we can use.

Frankly, there is no excuse we can use when it comes to spending time with our Heavenly Father.

David had a lot of very serious issues on his "plate," but his first priority was always God and building his relationship with Him.

What are your priorities as you begin this brand new day?

Pray. Read. Apply. No Compromise!

"But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
